1. Custom Products Are Not Eligible for Standard Returns

All products created by LaserEdge Solutions are custom‑made based on customer specifications. For this reason, we do not accept standard returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer

  • Customer‑provided errors in spelling, dates, names, or artwork

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.

2. Eligibility for Replacements or Refunds

We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion if one of the following applies:

  • The product arrives with a manufacturing defect

  • The engraving or customization does not match the approved design or details provided

  • The item is damaged during production before shipping

  • The wrong item was sent due to our error

In these cases, we will work with the customer to correct the issue promptly.

3. Issues Caused by Shipping Carriers

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, LaserEdge Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost packages

  • Damage caused during transit

Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist when possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for carrier‑related issues.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To request a replacement or refund, customers must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Provide order details and a description of the problem

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent resolution.

5. Non‑Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Items altered by the customer after delivery

  • Products created exactly as ordered, even if the customer later decides they want changes

Because production begins quickly, cancellations may not be possible once materials have been prepared or engraving has started. If cancellation is requested early enough, we may approve it at our discretion.
